Address changes
Need to change your address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, before your order ships.
Delays and lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
